Acv40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the acv40 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use

Users are prohibited from sharing account access, or selling, transferring, or giving their account to any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure along with the freezing of any remaining balance.
